Founder & CEO
Jason Shear
COO
Jason Shear serves as Chief Operating Officer for North American Lawn & Landscape, where he oversees operations, growth initiatives, new market expansion, safety, and client service across all divisions. With nearly 30 years of leadership experience, including more than a decade in the green industry as a senior executive and consultant, he has helped lead the growth within publicly traded, private equity-backed and growth-oriented organizations. Jason is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing future leaders and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and traveling with his wife and two sons.
Eric Schachner
CFO
Eric Schachner is Chief Financial Officer where he leads the Finance, IT and HR functions. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across private equity-backed and growth-oriented companies, with expertise in finance, operations, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, and information technology. Throughout his career, he has led significant business growth, negotiated and refinanced over $200 million in credit facilities, integrated acquisitions, and built scalable organizations that enhance profitability and enterprise value. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time supporting the Tarheels.

Cathleen Harvey
Business Development/Project Executive
Cathleen Harvey serves as Business Development Executive/Project Executive for our commercial landscape department. She has amassed 47 years in the industry with high level expertise in project negotiations and a hands-on approach to project delivery systems. With a strong background in design and horticulture, consulting with our developer and general contractor partners is her greatest passion and love. When she’s not out golfing or fishing you’ll find her in backyard with her husband Jim of 43 years or enjoying time with her 3 children, spouses and grandchildren.
Chris Beck
Savannah Division Manager
Chris serves as Division Manager, leading North American’s expansion into the Savannah, Georgia market. Throughout his tenure with NALL, he has held several leadership roles, including overseeing operations in the Raleigh and Greensboro markets and managing maintenance sales across the company’s footprint.
With more than 27 years of industry experience, Chris has built a strong reputation for leadership and service. He previously served as President of the Carolinas Green Industry Network (CGIN) and was a board member of the Turfgrass Council of North Carolina.
Before transitioning into the landscape industry, Chris enjoyed a successful career as a Class A Golf Course Superintendent. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, playing golf, and actively participating in his church community.
Shawn Parks
Charlotte Maintenance & Enhancement Division Manager
Shawn brings more than 30 years of management experience to the landscaping industry. He has been a dedicated member of our team for the past 12 years, helping deliver high-quality landscape maintenance and enhancement services while building strong relationships with clients and employees. Shawn is known for his leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence in every project he oversees. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, working on his farm, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
Brian Hereth
Charlotte Landscape Division Manager
Brian serves as the Charlotte Landscape & Irrigation Division Manager overseeing daily operations of the landscape division. With More than 26 years in the Irrigation and Landscape Field, Brian thrives on the beautification of outdoor spaces by creating an inviting outdoor space for all. Brian is passionate about being outdoors professionally and personally. He enjoys working in the yard, spending time with his wife and family and some occasional travel.
Jeffrey Eichinger
Construction Operations
Jeff Eichinger started his career with North American Lawn & Landscape in 1996 and has over 35 years of experience in the Green Industry. With experience in each aspect of the company, he currently serves in Construction Operations performing project submittals and closeouts, purchasing, contract billing, collections, logistics and DOT regulations. Jeff is passionate about his material procurement striving for the best quality tree and plant material through relationships with nurseries across the southeast. Outside of work he enjoys time with his family and working in the yard. He has also served on several boards in the community and participated in fundraisers to help those in need.
Rigo Hermosillo
Charlotte SCM Division Manager
Rigo Hermosillo oversees the proper functionality of stormwater ponds by maintaining and repairing necessary infrastructure to support annual inspections. Backed by 10 years of experience in lawn maintenance and land care, he has developed expertise across grounds operations and stormwater maintenance. Rigo has grown within the industry from the grounds division into management and earned his SCM Inspection certification to help lead a successful team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing soccer.
